METHOD
Combine the water, yeast, oil, salt, and sugar .  mix the ingredients together add the flour gradually.
and mix for 15 minutes .

When the dough has mixed , , divide it into 30oz parts and roll them into balls. Cover them  and put in the cooler. The dough is ready to be shaped, topped and cooked.
